Defying category conventions
Dexus is Australia’s biggest commercial property business, with a $26 billion+ property portfolio. Considering the scale of the Dexus corporation, the Dexus brand was relatively unestablished. Our job was to change this, by architecting the brand with a meaningful idea at its heart, and launching the new brand with a campaign to drive enquiries.
The category has traditionally been dominated by a very functional “bricks and mortar” narrative. Dexus had the opportunity to go further, showing how their buildings can positively impact the daily lives of the people who work within them.
The campaign dramatises the positive effect that a Dexus workspace has on the people within it, with sparks of creativity, explosions of innovation, contemplative thought bubbles, and a number of other effects brought to life through 3D CGI in both static and animated media.
